Executive Vice President, Thomas K. Juhn, PE, registered engineer in the states of Texas and California, uses the knowledge he gained from running an engineering business in the early 1990s to expertly evaluate land for development. Tom provides leadership in land planning and engineering of single-family, multifamily, commercial and master planned community projects, along with expertise in civil engineering design and contract administration. A University of Hartford alumnus, Tom is a recreational golfer, general sports fan, and serious tennis player who plays competitively at the USTA 4.5 level with year round league play and occasional tournaments.

Tom is active in his church at St Andrews UMC by serving on the Finance Committee and is President of the United Methodist Men's group. In his community, he is active with the Plano West Senior High School Booster Club and the City of Plano Swimmers. His wife Nancy is an adjunct faculty at the University of Texas, Dallas and takes the lead in raising their two children, a daughter now at the United States Naval Academy and a son who is a senior at Plano West Senior High.
