Jeffrey P. Miles, PE, President of the firm, has an in-depth understanding of the many factors affecting a development project. Jeff's expertise lies in project feasibility, including land use planning and zoning, site planning, cost analysis, and preliminary engineering - all of which are necessary to get projects off the ground. In addition, Jeff provides the company with oversight in project management of development projects, as well as technical expertise in engineering design of roadway, drainage, and utility infrastructure. His realm of expertise also includes management and scheduling of infrastructure construction for development projects.

A graduate of Texas Tech University, Jeff is past president of the Preston Trail chapter of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers and is active in several real estate advisory boards. Jeff credits a great deal of his success to his wife, Laura, and their three children, whose ongoing support has helped him put forth the effort necessary to be successful in the business.
