Ryan Plasse, PE, earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering with emphasis in water resources at the University of Missouri-Rolla. With more than six years of experience in water resource and storm water management to his credit, Ryan has been providing our clients with innovative and cost-effective solutions since he joined the Jones & Boyd team in 2001. His areas of specialization include urbanized hydrology, floodplain mitigation, open channel hydraulics, bridge hydraulics, stream restoration, and storm water pollution-prevention planning

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys hiking, fly-fishing, and computer programming. He and his wife, Marsha, have three children: Carson, Madelyn and Lydia.
