Jerry Sylo, AICP, has over twenty years experience in land planning and community development. He is well versed in all aspects of large and small-scale land planning projects, from project design and scheduling to making presentations to city planning and zoning commissions and city councils. In the course of his career, Jerry has worked on a range of projects from 23 acres to over 2,300 acres, including residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments. His expertise extends to developing concepts, plans and zoning, programming, budgeting, and managing design teams.
A graduate of the University of Michigan, Jerry is a former planner for the Town of Flower Mound and the City of Carrollton. He and his wife, Cissy, have been married for more than 12 years and have three children. In his spare time, Jerry is a volunteer youth soccer coach and enjoys working in his yard.
