A Single Family residential subdivision on approximately 400 acres and containing approximately 1400 lots. This project includes a 2 acre amenity center with Jr. Olympic pool, 2,200 square foot cabanna building, spray ground, lake and playground, as well as a 25' height stone waterfall and fountain at the project's grand entrance.
